1. Eligibility:
The Palms Contest Giveaway (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Palms, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household as employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
2. Contest Period:
The Contest begins on September 20th, 2023 and ends on September 30th, 2023 (the "Contest Period").
3. How to Enter:
To enter the Contest, participants must Like and Comment on the specific contest instagram post. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize:
The prizes for this Contest are:

3. Peaches Notebook
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via Instagram within 24 hours after the end of the Contest Period.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

Palms reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent or misleading.

Palms is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, computer malfunctions, network problems, or server outages that may affect the entry process.

By entering the Contest, participants grant Palms the right to use their name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
8. Governing Law:
This Contest is governed by the laws of California, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
